Description of Class
Sometimes picking the fabric is the hardest part of making a quilt. Just pick one color and everyone will fall in love with this strip-pieced hexie quilt! The finished size is approximately 38″ x 49″. This is the perfect class to work on piecing, cutting, dimensional elements, and easy applique.

Fabric Requirements: (using 42" wide fabric)
Just Pick on fabric requirement, cutting instructions
15 Assorted Red Prints (or any other color choice): 1/8 Yard each (not fat-eights)
Cream Print: 1 Yard
Solid Red for Flower Petals and Binding: 7/8 Yard
Light Red Print for Flower Centers: 2-1/2” x 12-1/2’ Scrap
Backing: 1/1/2 Yard

Supplies List:

Basic Sewing Kit (Machine in good working order, machine cord/pedal, straight pins, fabric scissors, paper scissors, needles, thread, notebook, pen/pencils, 18” ruler, rotary cutter, cutting mat, iron, and of course chocolate)
Batting
Applique Materials of Your Choice for Flower Centers
Water-Soluble Pen
Template Plastic
