Frosty Night

Description of Class

Snowmen are full of personality when you angle the nose or add a smile! Come join us working on Frosty Night, a wool project that has falling snow, three snowmen, stars, and pine trees. Learn about the difference in working with wool and wool felt, how to use embroidery to embellish a project, and putting it all together.

Fabric Requirements:
Kit required for class. Kit includes all materials to finish the wool top with a flannel background that measures 13” x 32”. Freezer paper included.

Cutting Instructions
Included in pattern.

Supplies needed:
Basic Sewing Kit (Straight pins, fabric scissors, paper scissors, needles, thread, notebook, pen/pencils, 18” ruler, rotary cutter, cutting mat, iron, and of course chocolate).

Other supplies needed:
Applique pins and Chenille needle if desired
Threads to match appliqué: black, white/ecru, green, gold
Optional Backing Fabric 13” x 32”
Optional Soft Fuse for smaller appliqué pieces
Optional backing fabric --13” x 32” piece.
