Wintertime

Description of class:

If you have always wanted to make a braid quilt then this is the time. It is made with a Jelly Roll. It is easy and fun to make!

Fabric Requirements:

1 jelly roll,
1 yard red for appliqué and binding,
1-3/4 yards of tan for inner border,
2-1/2 yards for outer border (your choice),
¾ yar green for leavers and border,
1-3/4 yards of cream for appliqué, scraps of green, red, and yellow for leaves and flowers

Supplies needed:

Roxanne’s Glue Baste-It fabric glue (If you cannot find this glue in a fabric store you can order it on the internet.),
Creative Grids 45 degree Trapezoid Strip ruler (www.creativegridsUSA.com) or you can use the template provided in the pattern,
threads to match appliqué,
freezer paper,
#9 applique needle,
sewing machine that is in good working order,
